Natalie Herington resides on Bundjalung country in Northern NSW, Australia.

I specialise in eco-friendly watercolour and digital illustrations that celebrate Australian themes, blending earthy colours with textured details. My experience in environmental restoration and protection gives me a unique perspective and helps me to create illustrations that are both realistic yet approachable.  With a background in graphic design, I can also format and design the books I work on, making sure the illustrations and text work comfortably together. I love to show the process in my work, embracing imperfections and happy accidents to emphasise the hand made quailty.
